We carry out our olive oil production under high hygiene conditions in our own factory located in our olive farm located in Tomasa neighborhood of Manisa Koprubasi district. Our early harvest olives, which are meticulously picked by hand in the beginning of October, are produced by cold pressing method under 26°C, 4 hours later.
